The Fighting Saints will look to make it three Clark Cups in the last six seasons, as they have officially clinched a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, despite being 4-5-0-1 in their last 10 games. Nathan Sucese continues to put up big numbers for the Dubuque, as he has 54 points in 55 games. Keegan Ford is 10th in the league in scoring among defenseman with 30 points. Hunter Miska is second in the league with 28 wins on the year. To gear up for the playoff run, Dubuque will close the regular season with a home-and-home against the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, a visit to Green Bay, a home game against Sioux City, and a trip to Waterloo.
3. Bloomington Thunder

The Bloomington Thunder made the highest jump in this month’s rankings. No team in the USHL has been hotter than Bloomington over the last 12 games, as the Thunder have taken all but one of those contests, including wins over Madison, Dubuque, two over Lincoln, three over Team USA, and four over Youngstown, putting up 42 goals in those 12 games. They also clinched a playoff spot for the first time in team history in only their second season in the league. Jeremy Davies leads the team, as well as all USHL defenseman, with 48 points (13 G, 35 A), including points in 10 of his last 12 games. Davies was also named USHL Defenseman of the Week in back-to-back weeks in March. Hayden Lavigne has taken control between the pipes down the stretch, posting a .913 SV% and a 2.27 GAA this season. Bloomington has two games with Chicago and a game with Madison remaining on the schedule before playing the first Clark Cup Playoffs, possibly on home ice.
