The Green Bay Gamblers have unveiled a new look with a familiar theme. The Gamblers' new logo is classical in nature. It melds the rich history of two hockey traditions – the Gamblers of today and the Bobcats of yesterday. The Bobcats were a hockey mainstay in Green Bay for many years and the new logo pays homage to that. But it also represents the style of the Gamblers today and into the future.
"We have one of the premier franchises in the United States Hockey League and now we have one of the premier logos," said Gamblers President Brendan Bruss. "The new look represents hockey's past, present and future in Green Bay and we're confident it's one that kids will enjoy."
New merchandise, including jerseys, will be available with the new Gamblers' logo by the start of the season.
The Gamblers name will remain as the organization believes it still has great equity and it is a very identifiable brand in the United States Hockey League and beyond.
