Green Bay Gamblers 3 @ Team USA 4 

Team USA claimed their first victory in the USHL this season as Matthew Nieto scored with just 42 seconds remaining in the third period to snap a 3-3 tie.  Team USA scored the first three goals of the game before Green Bay scored the next three.  Brett Chartier scored two goals in the third period for the Gamblers.  Bill Arnold dished out two assists for Team USA and Andy Iles made 26 saves in goal to earn the win.

Fargo Force 6 @ Indiana Ice 5

The Force overcame a 5-3 deficit with three goals over the final 14 minutes of the contest to skate out of Indiana with the victory.  After being held scoreless through his first 11 games of the season, forward Brian Cooper broke out with two goals in the third for Fargo.  Nate Condon also scored a pair for the Force while teammate Corey Leivermann tallied two assists to extend his point streak to five games.  Antti Roppo netted two goals in the first period for the Ice and Nic Dowd (1g, 2a) as Indiana lost on home ice for the first time this season (4-1-0).

Chicago Steel 6 @ Youngstown Phantoms 7 (OT)

In a high scoring contest, the Phantoms outlasted the Steel when Tom Serratore scored at 1:16 into overtime, his second goal of the game for Youngstown.  The teams each scored four goals in the second period.  Mark Adams recorded two power play goals for the Steel and teammate Alex Carpenter also netted a pair.  Nick Czinder tallied two goals for the Phantoms while David Donnellan (1g, 2a) and Taylor Holstrom (3a) each had three-point games as Youngstown pulled within one point of first place in the East Division standings.

Sioux City Musketeers 4 @ Des Moines Buccaneers 3 (SO)

After trading goals throughout regulation and a scoreless overtime, the teams went to a shootout.  Musketeers goaltender Willie Yanakeff stopped 37 shots including nine in overtime then turned away all four Des Moines shootout attempts to earn the victory and snap the six-game winless streak for Sioux City.  Adam Schmidt scored a goal for the Musketeers, his fifth consecutive game with a point, and Andrew Sinelli registered two points (1g, 1a) for the Musketeers.  H.T. Lenz tallied a goal for Des Moines to extend his point streak to five games while Bucs forward Yasin Cisse netted a goal for the third straight contest.

Waterloo Black Hawks 1 @ Lincoln Stars 4

A night after recording a hat trick, Brodie Reid scored another goal and recorded an assist for the Stars.  Brent Tate and Alec Rush each scored their first goal since both recently joined Lincoln.  Goaltender Jared Coreau made 28 saves to earn the win in net for the Stars.  He had his shutout bid spoiled when Waterloo's Matt Kinman scored his first goal of the season with under seven minutes to play in the third.  The victory snapped a five-game winless streak for the Stars.

Omaha Lancers 2 @ Sioux Falls Stampede 5

Omaha scored twice in the first period, but the Stampede tallied the next five goals to snap the Lancers 10-game win streak.  Matt Lindblad (1g, 2a) led Sioux Falls with his second three-point game in as many nights.  Matt Farris tallied his second goal of the season which proved to be the game-winner and Ryan Misiak scored for the second straight game.  The Stampede limited Omaha to just 16 shots on goal.  Lancers forward Matt White scored a goal for his fourth straight game and extended his point streak to 11 games.

Tri-City Storm 0 @ Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 4

The third goal of the season by Stephen Collins proved to the game-winner as RoughRiders goaltender Troy Grosenick turned away 31 shots by Tri-City to earn his second shutout victory of the season.  Cason Hohmann, Eric Robinson, and Bryce Aneloski all dished out two assists apiece.  For Hohmann, it was his fifth straight with a point and Robinson extended his point streak to three games.  Jeff Costello scored his second goal in as many nights and now leads the club with seven goals on the season.
