Team USA 6 @ Youngstown Phantoms 1
Team USA scored three goals in the first period then cruised to their 10th victory of the season. Brandon Saad recorded four points (2g, 2a) while Austin Czarnik tallied a goal for the third straight game for Team USA. Nick Shore collected three points (1g, 2a) and goaltender John Gibson made 18 saves. Gibson's shutout bid was spoiled when Jefferson Dahl scored with just 32 seconds remaining in the third for Youngstown. The teams combined for three shorthanded goals in the third period.
Indiana Ice 0 @ Sioux City Musketeers 1
Stephan Vigier scored his 15th goal of the season and then the defense did the rest of the work as the Musketeers won their third straight contest. Goaltender Matt Skoff stopped all 17 shots he faced to record the first shutout of the season for Sioux City and collect his third straight victory.
Des Moines Buccaneers 3 @ Fargo Force 2 (SO)
Eric Mihalik made 33 saves through regulation and overtime for Des Moines and then turned away all four Fargo attempts in the shootout to earn the victory. It snapped the nine-game winning streak for Fargo. T.J. Tynan scored his second goal in as many nights and Connor Brickley added his 14th of the season for the Bucs. Chris Stafne and Ryan Walters converted in the shootout. Eamonn McDermott and Corey Leivermann scored in regulation for the Force.
Lincoln Stars 1 @ Omaha Lancers 4
Matt White registered three points (2g, 1a) and Jeff Teglia made 35 saves as the Lancers knocked off the Stars. Dakota Eveland scored the game-winner, tying him for the League lead with six winners this season. Anthony Hamburg also scored for the Lancers while Brodie Reid netted the lone goal for the Stars. The game was played in front of 7,178 fans, the largest crowd to see a home game in the 24-year history of the Lancers.
Sioux Falls Stampede 2 @ Tri-City Storm 3 (OT)
The Storm scored two goals in the third period to even the game and then Jaden Schwartz sealed the comeback with the overtime winner. It was the second time in the last two meetings that Schwartz has scored the game-winner against the Stampede. Luke McManus scored his first of the season while Tucker Long also scored for the Storm. Ryan Misiak and Anthony Day scored for Sioux Falls, but goaltender Carsen Chubak made 26 saves to earn the win for Tri-City.
Green Bay Gamblers 3 @ Waterloo Black Hawks 1
Ryan Furne scored two goals in the first period to lead the Gamblers to their 10th straight win tying a USHL season high win streak. Anders Lee (1g, 1a) and Reed Seckel (2a) each scored two points while Steve Summerhays stopped 34 shots to win his 13th straight start. Tyler Barnes scored the lone goal for the Black Hawks who had their four-game win streak snapped.
Chicago Steel 1 @ Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 6
Jeff Costello recorded three points (2g, 1a) to lead the Riders to victory and he has now scored five goals over his last three games. Eric Robinson scored the game-winner which was his third straight game with a goal. Goaltender Troy Grosenick made 23 saves to post his 15th victory of the season for Cedar Rapids. Mark Anthoine scored the lone goal for Chicago which was his 20th of the season.
