Tri-City Storm 4 @ Indiana Ice 3 (SO)
The Storm completed their two-game sweep of the Ice when they overcame a 3-0 deficit and won in a shootout. The Ice scored three goals during the first nine minutes of the second period, including goals by Bryon Paulazzo and Shane Berschbach who each tallied their 10th of the season. Tucker Long scored his second goal over his last three games for Tri-City and Anthony DeCenzo added his 10th of the year before Matt Johnson tied the game. Jaden Schwartz and Brett Mohler scored in the shootout while goaltender Carsen Chubak turned away all four Indiana attempts to earn the win.
Des Moines Buccaneers 1 @ Green Bay Gamblers 2 (OT)
Ryan Furne scored with just 35 seconds remaining in overtime to extend the Green Bay winning streak to 12 games. It was the second game-winner for Furne in his last three games. Chris Crane scored in regulation for the Gamblers. Buccaneers forward Ryan Walters scored with just over a minute remaining in regulation to send the game to overtime. Goaltender Steve Summerhays won his 14th straight start for the Gamblers.
Sioux Falls Stampede 1 @ Lincoln Stars 0 (OT)
Both goaltenders didn't budge through regulation, resulting in the first USHL game this season to enter overtime tied at 0-0. Defenseman Dan Furlong was the hero for the Stampede when he scored the winner with just under a minute remaining in the extra frame. Clay Witt earned his fourth shutout of the season for Sioux Falls stopping all 32 shots he saw while Jared Coreau made 29 saves for Lincoln.
Omaha Lancers 2 @ Waterloo Black Hawks 1
Nick Oddo scored his second goal in as many nights and defenseman C.J. Ludwig netted the game-winner to lead the Lancers to victory. Goaltender Jeff Teglia won his 21st game of the season after making 30 saves. Cody von Rueden scored the lone goal for the Black Hawks, his first of the season.
Youngstown Phantoms 2 @ Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 3
One night after having a big game in his season debut with the RoughRiders, David Boehm had another big night scoring the game-winner with just 54 seconds remaining in regulation. Cason Hohmann scored his second goal in as many nights and Eric Robinson scored his fourth goal in his last six games for Cedar Rapids. Cody Campbell made 27 saves to win his third straight start for the RoughRiders. Cody Strang and Brett Gensler scored for Youngstown while goaltender Matt Mahalak made 44 saves.
Sioux City Musketeers 2 @ Chicago Steel 3 (SO)
Dan Kolomatis scored the only goal in the shootout and goaltender Connor Wilson turned away all five attempts he faced to lead the Steel to victory. Andrei Kuchin and Greg Wolfe each scored on the power play during the second period for Chicago. Shane Sooth and Andrew Sinelli each scored their third goal of the season for the Musketeers.
