Waterloo Black Hawks 4 @ Youngstown Phantoms 1
Derek Arnold scored the game-winner for the second straight night as Waterloo completed the two-game sweep over Youngstown. Patrick Divjak netted his 15th goal of the season while J.T. Brown and Jamie Hill also scored for the Black Hawks. C.J. Motte earned the win making 28 saves. Tom Serratore scored the lone goal for the Phantoms.
Sioux Falls Stampede 5 @ Sioux City Musketeers 1
Matt Lindblad's third goal in as many games proved to be game-winner as the Stampede earned a point for the fifth straight game (4-0-1). Defenseman Zack Kamrass scored his second of the season and defenseman Conor Allen scored his third goal in his past four games for Sioux Falls. Josh Holmstrom scored shorthanded to extend his point streak to four games while Clay Witt earned the victory making 36 saves. Ryan Carpenter tallied the lone goal for the Musketeers.
Lincoln Stars 5 @ Des Moines Buccaneers 6 (SO)
Kyle Gibbons registered a hat trick for the Stars but it wasn't enough as the Buccaneers snapped a five-game winless streak (0-2-3). Ryan Walters led the way for Des Moines with four points (1g, 3a) and Jack Berger tallied two goals. Defenseman Eric Knodel potted his second goal of the season for the Bucs while Chris Stafne added his 10th. D.J. Vandercook and Taylor Wolfe tallied in the shootout while Bucs goaltender Charles Williams stopped all four Lincoln attempts to earn the win.
Omaha Lancers 1 @ Fargo Force 3
The second goal in as many nights for Garrett Allen proved to be the game-winner as the Force won their sixth straight. Johnnie Searfoss netted his 13th of the season and Corey Leivermann added a goal to extend his point streak to six games. Ryan Daugherty scored the lone goal for Omaha as Dayn Belfour made 15 saves to earn the victory for Fargo.
Tri-City Storm 3 @ Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 2 (OT)
One night after snapping Green Bay's 15-game win streak, the Storm halted the RoughRiders seven-game win streak with an overtime victory. Maxwell Tardy's second goal in as many nights was the overtime winner for Tri-City. Radoslav Illo scored his third goal over his past two games and Jaden Schwartz netted his 23rd of the season for the Storm. David Boehm and Steven Hensley tallied goals for Cedar Rapids but Storm goaltender Carsen Chubak made 39 saves to post the win.
Green Bay Gamblers 2 @ Chicago Steel 1
Anders Lee tallied the game-winner in the third period for the Gamblers, his sixth goal over his past five games. He has recorded the game-winning goal in three of the past four Green Bay victories. Sean Little also scored for the Gamblers and Steve Summerhays made 27 saves to record his 17th consecutive victory. Brendan Woods scored the lone goal for Chicago, his first in the USHL.
