Sioux Falls Stampede 3 @ Green Bay Gamblers 2 (SO)
Josh Holmstrom (1g, 1a) had two points and Matt Lindblad scored his 18th of the season as the Stampede overcame a 2-0 deficit to win in a shootout. Michael Voran and Mark Anthoine scored in the shootout and Clay Witt denied four of five Gamblers shooters to secure the victory. Anders Lee netted his League-leading 30th goal of the season for Green Bay and despite making 33 saves, goaltender Steve Summerhays had his record-breaking winning streak halted at 20 games.
Omaha Lancers 3 @ Sioux City Musketeers 2 (SO)
Troy Power scored two goals in regulation and goaltender John Keeney made 21 saves and stopped all four Sioux City attempts in the shootout to claim the victory for the Lancers. Greg Wolfe and Erik Haula converted in the shootout for Omaha. Ryan Kesti and Alex Krushelnyski scored in regulation for the Musketeers.
Team USA 7 @ Lincoln Stars 1
Jason Zucker registered a hat trick and Matthew Nieto had a pair of goals to lead Team USA. Bryan Rust collected four points (1g, 3a) while Bill Arnold posted a game high plus-five rating to go along with two assists. Goaltender Jack Campbell made 37 saves to earn the victory. Jarrod Mermis scored the lone goal for Lincoln.
Chicago Steel 3 @ Tri-City Storm 2
Jake Chelios scored the game-winner goal with just 47 seconds remaining in the third period to lead the Steel to a two-game weekend sweep over Tri-City. Darik Angeli scored his first goal for Chicago since being acquired in a trade and Theo DiPauli also netted a goal. Connor Wilson earned his 10th victory of the season after making 35 saves for the Steel. Jaden Schwartz collected his 27th goal of the season and Anthony DeCenzo also tallied for the Storm.
Youngstown Phantoms 6 @ Waterloo Black Hawks 4
The Phantoms scored four goals in the first period on their way to victory and snapping a five-game winless skid. Six different players netted a goal for Youngstown including Brett Gensler who scored his fourth game-winner of the season. Cody Strang collected three points (1g, 2a) while Ben Paulides and Dylan Margonari both scored their second of the season for the Phantoms. Jordan Tibbett earned the victory making 42 saves for Youngstown, the fourth time this season he has made 40-or-more saves. Patrick Divjak tallied four points (2g, 2a) for Waterloo and Derek Arnold scored a goal for the fifth straight game and extended his point streak to 11 games.
Fargo Force 2 @ Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 3 (SO)
Jeff Costello scored in regulation and had the deciding shootout goal as the RoughRiders were the only home team to win on Saturday night in the USHL. Bryce Aneloski netted his 14th goal of the season for Cedar Rapids. The RoughRiders scored on four of five shootout attempts and goaltender Troy Grosenick made 29 saves to win his eighth straight start. Chase Grant scored two goals in regulation and converted in the shootout for the Force. Fargo goaltender Dayn Belfour made a season high 46 saves in the loss.
