Fargo Force defenseman Tanner Jago recently committed to play NCAA Division I hockey at Bentley University following his USHL career.

Jago has tallied 12 points (3g, 9a) and racked up 53 penalty minutes while appearing in all but one of the 53 games for the Force this season.  He has netted two of his three goals over the last five games for Fargo, including the game-winner in the 4-3 victory over the Tri-City Storm on March 2nd.  The Force are 2-0-1 in games that the defenseman has scored a goal this season.

The 19-year-old from Brandon, Manitoba came to Fargo this season after being selected by the Force in Phase Two of the 2013 USHL Draft.

Jago is joined by forwards Ryan McMurphy of the Tri-City Storm and Kyle Schmidt of the Sioux City Musketeers who are also committed to Bentley.  The school is a member of the Atlantic Hockey Association and has six USHL alumni on the Falcons roster this season; Gabe Antoni (Dubuque Fighting Saints), Will Suter (Lincoln/Sioux City), Alex Kubiak (Chicago/Green Bay), Brett Gensler (Youngstown/Cedar Rapids), Andrew Fitzstephens (Chicago Steel), and Tyler Deresky (Des Moines/Lincoln).
