Clint Lewis, Sioux Falls Stampede
The defenseman produced three points (1g, 2a) and a plus-three rating over two games to help his team earn a split in a weekend series with the Muskegon Lumberjacks. After being held without a point in Friday’s 5-2 loss, he established a USHL career high with a three-point night (1g, 2a) in Saturday’s 7-3 victory. He also equaled a game high with a plus-three rating. The 19-old-year has put up nine points (3g, 6a) in 18 games for the Stampede this season, and he is second on the team with a plus-seven rating. Lewis is a native of Burnsville, Minnesota and played youth hockey at Shattuck-St. Mary’s before breaking to the USHL with Team USA. He is committed to play college hockey at Minnesota State University, Mankato next season.
