Kris Oldham, Omaha Lancers
The goaltender posted a 1.00 goals-against-average and .953 save percentage in leading the Lancers to a pair of victories and extending their home win streak to five games. He turned away 18 shots in Friday’s 7-1 win against Team USA and then followed up with a 23-save effort in the 5-1 victory over the Fargo Force on Saturday. He was also key for the Lancers successfully killing off 10-of-11 shorthanded situations during the weekend. The 17-year-old has posted a 14-4-2 record this season and currently ranks seventh among League goaltenders with a 2.51 GAA. Oldham is a native of Anchorage, Alaska and spent time in his home state with the Alaska All Stars youth program and Kenai River (NAHL) prior to his time in the USHL. It is the third time he has earned USHL weekly honors. He is committed to the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
