On Saturday (11/2/2019) the Green Bay Gamblers hosted their 8th Annual Military Appreciation Night.  The game raised $42,000 for the local chapter of Disabled American Veterans. Money will be used to purchase a new transportation vehicle. 

Since March of 2013, game has raised $200,000 for the DAV.  Donation comes from 100% of helmet and jersey auction proceeds, sponsorships tied to the game and tickets sales. The “Presenting” sponsor since 2013 has been the Animal Referral Center.  Supporting partners include:

“Military Appreciation Night is something that is near and dear to our hearts,” says Gamblers team President and Chief Operating Officer of PMI Brendan Bruss.  “The men and women who are active service members and veterans are heroes.  For us to provide a night to honor them and raise funds for such a worthy cause, is something the Gamblers organization and PMI is very proud of.”
