Youngstown Phantoms defenseman Steven Ruggiero provided a unique perspective at a recent practice by strapping a camera to his helmet. The Penn State University gives a first-hand look at what a practice is like in the USHL for the Phantoms.
He shows what is it like to go through drills, interaction with teammates and coaches, plus works on some of his shootout moves at the end of practice.
The 17-year-old from Kings Park, New York is one of the youngest players in the USHL as he is competing in his first season with the Phantoms.
