Kris Oldham, Omaha Lancers
The rookie goaltender posted a 1.50 goals-against-average and .949 save percentage to lead the Lancers to a pair of victories during the weekend. He made 26 saves in the 4-2 win against the Waterloo Black Hawks on Friday. The 17-year-old then followed up with 30 saves in the 2-1 win over the Tri-City Storm on Saturday, extending the Lancers win streak to nine games. Oldham has won each of his last six starts, posting a 1.47 GAA and .948 SV% over that span. He is currently tied for second in the USHL with a 2.25 GAA and tied for fifth with a .917 SV%. It is the second time this season that the native of Anchorage, Alaska has captured weekly USHL honors. He is a product of the Alaska All-Stars youth organization and played for Kenai in the NAHL before coming to the USHL. He is currently uncommitted to a college hockey program.
