USHL Alumni Named To Olympic Roster

Eight USHL alumni, including four currently playing college hockey, were named to the U.S. Olympic Roster.

USA Hockey announced today the rosters for its 2018 U.S. Olympic Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey Teams and 2018 U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team during the second intermission of the NHL Winter Classic at Citi Field in New York and live on NBC.


Eight USHL alumni were named to the men’s roster, including four players currently playing college hockey. The U.S. has won 11 medals in the Olympic Winter Games, including gold in 1960 and 1980.


The opening game for the U.S. men in the 2018 Olympic Winter Games is Feb. 14 against Slovenia. For more information on the U.S. Olympic teams, click here.
