The calendar has flipped to 2018, and while it may be a new year, the team atop the USHL Power Rankings is the same as it was at the end of 2017. The Fargo Force are the top team for the second straight month and are looking to stay toward the top of the USHL standings. This month features several teams moving significantly from December's power rankings, and the landscape of the USHL seems to be changing with each weekend.
The usahockeymagazine.com USHL Power Rankings are compiled at the beginning of each month of the regular season. A panel of media members from around the league ranked the teams from 1st to 17th, and the votes were compiled into an overall ranking. Power Rankings are decided on a monthly basis and will run until Clark Cup Playoffs. Listed below are the teams, their record and number of first place votes earned. The previous rankings listed are from the November USHL Power Rankings.
