Below is a recap and highlights from Thursday's USHL game:

The Sioux City Musketeers picked up a 3-1 road victory over the Lincoln Stars on Thursday night. The Musketeers took a 2-0 lead into the first intermission thanks to goals from Ian Malcolmson and Bobby Brink. Brink's goal extended his point streak to 15 games, tied for the longest point streak in the USHL this season. The University of Denver commit added his second goal of the game 34 seconds into the middle frame to extend the Musketeers lead to 3-0. Lincoln got on the board 2:02 into the third period courtesy of Brock Bremer, but the Musketeers hung on for the 3-1 win. Jake Sibell stopped 34 of the 35 shots he faced for his fourth victory of the season.

Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, the USHL celebrates its 17th season as the nation's only Tier I junior hockey league in 2018-19. The USHL had a record 45 players selected at the 2018 NHL Draft, more than any junior league in the world, and more than 400 players on team rosters last season committed to NCAA Division I schools, further establishing the USHL as the world’s foremost producer of junior hockey talent.
